Allocation Terms & Conditions

KUBE N•20 is made and sold by RO Living Holdings ApS, CVR 46467507, Vesterbrogade 74, 1620 København V, Denmark. Contact: hello@kube20.dk. We refer to ourselves as “we” or “the studio”, and to you as “you” or “the client”.

KUBE N•20 is a handcrafted stainless steel contrast vessel, individually made to order. It is not held in stock. Each vessel is built in a small monthly batch, assigned a unique production number, and engraved with the geographic coordinates of the location you give us. Because each piece is individually numbered and engraved for your chosen place, it is a personalised, made-to-order item.

An allocation request is not yet an order. Once you request an allocation, we review the intended placement, access, structural and electrical requirements, and the next available production number. We may decline or adjust an allocation where placement or technical conditions are unsuitable.

To reserve your place, a deposit of EUR 750 is paid by bank transfer to the studio. The deposit assigns your production number and holds your place in the production queue. Deposit details are sent to you personally after the placement review.

The price of the Architectural Square is EUR 19,900 excluding VAT. VAT is added according to your location (see Clause 9). The EUR 750 deposit is deducted in full from this price.

After your deposit is received and your configuration confirmed, we issue an order confirmation and the balance invoice. The balance is due within 3 days of the order confirmation, by bank transfer. Production begins once the balance is received. Prices are confirmed in writing on your order confirmation and are held for that order.

Production takes approximately 5 weeks from confirmed allocation (balance received), subject to your position in the queue, which we confirm in writing. Delivery and placement are coordinated with you or your project team. Delivery costs are quoted per destination on the order confirmation.

Delivery requires a clear access path of at least 125 cm, or crane placement for rooftops and elevated sites, confirmed with you before delivery. Placement on balconies and elevated structures requires a structural load check; ground and roof terraces are generally suitable. You are responsible for confirming that the chosen location can bear the operating weight (vessel, water and bather).

If the balance is not received within 3 days of the order confirmation, we may release your production slot and number to the next client in the queue. In that case your EUR 750 deposit remains valid for 12 months as a credit toward any KUBE N•20 vessel, and may be transferred to another person. It is not refunded in cash after the period described in Clause 7.

You may withdraw and receive a full refund of your deposit within 14 days of paying it, in line with EU distance-selling rules.

After 14 days, because your vessel is individually numbered and engraved with your chosen coordinates — a personalised, made-to-order item — the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. From that point the deposit is non-refundable in cash and converts to a 12-month transferable credit as described in Clause 6. Once your order is confirmed, the balance received and production begun, no right of withdrawal applies.

If you ask us in writing to begin production within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once production starts.

If we are unable to build or deliver your vessel for any reason on our side, all payments you have made, including the deposit, are refunded in full. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the vessel.

Private clients in Denmark: Danish VAT (currently 25%) is added. Private clients elsewhere in the EU: VAT is charged at your country’s rate. Clients in Norway and outside the EU: the vessel is sold as an export with no Danish VAT; import VAT, customs and handling in the destination country are your responsibility. Business clients with a valid EU VAT number: the reverse-charge mechanism applies and no Danish VAT is added.

We warrant each vessel against manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts and does not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation, frost damage from failure to follow care guidance, or water-chemistry damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We provide care and operating guidance with each vessel. KUBE N•20 is a wellness object, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have cardiovascular concerns, blood pressure issues, are pregnant, or have other health considerations, consult a healthcare professional before hot or cold immersion. Installation of the electrical connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician.

We use the details you give us only to process your allocation, build and deliver your vessel, and contact you about your order. We do not sell your data. The coordinates and production number form part of your vessel’s record; we will not publish your name or address without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

These terms are governed by Danish law. We will always try to resolve any concern directly and in good faith first.
