We collect the information you choose to send us, including your name, email address, country, placement address, intended setting and message. For trade enquiries, we may also collect company, project and delivery details.

We use your information to review allocation requests, assess placement and delivery requirements, prepare order confirmations, coordinate production, respond to trade enquiries and keep records connected to your vessel.

The placement address is used to derive the coordinates engraved on the vessel and recorded with its production number. We will not publish your name or address without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to operate the studio, process communications, arrange production, coordinate delivery, meet legal obligations or work with trusted service providers under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order, payment and production records may be kept for longer where required for accounting, warranty, legal or provenance purposes.
